OP here.
Actually, despite my weight and height, I am fat. Seriously, my stomach bulges out past my hips about 10 cm. My thighs are huge. Even if this is a normal weight and height for most, I am fat. I have a 36 inch waist around my belly button. Not normal.
Also, no luck with cravings so far. Any tips on stopping them?
It's easy to say eat healthy but it's not as easy as just saying eat healthy, actually doing it, I mean.
