Hey everyone. I have these two moles on my face, one between my nose and mouth and the other on my chin. I've had them since birth.
I've wanted them removed for as long as I can remember, but put it off because I knew my parents would reject; they're rather conservative about things.
Now in my last semester here in college, I've finally decided to ask my parents; nothing gets by without their permission, since I still live with them. If I went ahead and had the mole removal myself, I wouldn't hear the end from them.
So anon. Any tips for convincing semi-conservative and strict parental units? I would appreciate your help greatly.
Tell them the moles are cancerous.
Tell them that if they expect grandchildren, the moles must go.
hahah you guys are awesome. I went for broke and ended up asking them just like that...and I got a "we'll see." So, hopefully luck will be on my side.
But I can use your guys' suggestions for other stuff in the future. Much appreciated.
>"we'll see."
That answer implies a "no" by way of attrition.
