I doubt those girls are intentionally doing it to shove it in your face. After all, they have the right to be glad that they've got new boyfriends, job offers, or whatever makes them do those annoying squeals. It's best to congratulate them and then move on.

Just look forward to the times when they come to you and complain about how their boyfriends dumped them or they were handed pink slips.
