I have a long neck. I was cursed to be long-neckedd, can't do anything about it, I try to avoid v-tops for xmple and my hair is long. My neck is 3 maybe almost 3 1/2 shoulder length. I'm being teased at school.
Help deal with those ppl since i can't have shorte neck??

Hopefully you can get past worrying about your neck. You can also hunch or slouch slightly, anyone with posture too perfect can end up looking a little bit like a muskrat.

Classically (like, Roman/medieval times) long necks were often considered attractive.

If you really do want to hide your neck (I used to), you can try slouching, provided you don't try too hard and end up sticking your neck out instead. I find shoulder length hair and something with a bit of a collar helps. I wore fairly baggy zip-up jumpers and left them slightly unzipped. If you can find a zip up turtle-neck they work really well for that kind of thing.
