Why Can't Korea/China/Japan Get Along? (48)

i think each country (china and s. korea especially) should stop prying into internal affairs (such as history text books) and trust the other country's citizens and politicians (usually citizens) to offer checks and balances...
such unnecessary prying could only damage international relationship...
also i don't know whats the big deal if the japanese prime minister visits yasukuni shrine; it is more so for a sign of respect of the idea that one will risk their lives for their country than condoning military crimes...
just let each person do whatever they want at their own home.
hopefully it will result a mutual status of understanding and respect...
sorry to draw upon this example again, but to my knowledge it was concerned japanese citizens who brought up the inaccuracies of certain historical text books... so trust the people to make the right choice... just cause certain text books doesn't necessarily reflect reasonably objective point of view doesn't necessarily mean the entire population of the country shares that view (when a certain company in korea were found to pass contaminated food to schools doesn't necessarily mean that all of korea wants to poison their youths)
issues that concerns both countries directly and equally is a different game though (such issues of that little island between japan and korea, comfort women, accuracy of the nanking massacre, and etc.) and quite frankly i don't know what will be a reasonable solution (talking doesn't seems to work...)...
(insert sarcasm)
however, if there was some form of a systematical process to resolve an argument... maybe a trial of some sort which is then observed and judged by neutral, objective party members... maybe the neutral party members could be a collection of international representatives... then problems could be resolved on certain issues (end sarcasm)
