Well, it's certainly the mightiest -- at least alongside Russia. It has enough nukes to completely carpet any country it wishes -- or the world.

It just lacks political will. Fortunately.

This is today's reality: nuclear stockpiles in the US and Russia dwarf everybody else's. That includes China.
