I've been thinking... (13)

I don't want anyone else to give me hope.
I don't want to change anything that I don't want to change myself and on my own.
I don't want to rely on other people who don't even know me.

I don't want to subscribe to a party, or a belief, nor do I seek a savior.

I just want to be left alone, with no more laws, nor taxes, nor expectations.

What do you call that?

lolbertarianism

Apolitical, or a cynic, if you must still define yourself in a word.

No.

I don't feel like a Libertarian, nor am I apolitical or a cynic.

I think I need protection from Government.

Then you're a crazy lone hermit with a gun, having the expectation that your gun will save you from many men with many guns working as part of a highly professional team with the ultimate sinister goal of raising your taxes and giving you hope.

No....I'm not a hermit. I mean I have friends, I go places..

and I don't just have "a" gun. But that's irrelevant. I'm not into conspiracy theories.

I just want to enjoy a nice, quiet sunny day without dreading what I'm going to read in the paper next or hear on TV about who's going to do what.

Do you have two guns? Three? How many can you use at once?

You don't want hope but you don't want to be afraid.
Maybe you should just stop reading the paper and watching TV because I don't know what to call you either.
Jaded?
Sun worshiper?
Paranoid Rotating Proxy User?
I really don't know what you're looking for, because if you 'don't want to subscribe to a party, or a belief' then there is nothing to call you besides apolitical.

Look...I'm not trying to be cute when I say this...but..

I mean I believe in happy, sunny springtime days where girls wear white sun dresses and it's warm but not too hot. And like...you know just taking it easy.

I believe in God even though I am a little resentful of religion.

Really...I guess I just want a "hey man respect my space" party. Where nobody taxes me or forces me to change.

And as for guns, I mean obviously you don't have all at once. Really like just kind of collecting and maybe going to the range or whatever.

But I don't want this to be a gun thread and, like, I'm just saying that while I have a few hobbies that may include like guns and junk that I'm not some crazy guy who has a stack of guns or whatever. That's kind of lame.

I think I'm best described as the last normal average person who just ...you know...wants to not have to worry about stuff.

ok

You are a non-voter, and there are plenty of those. You are not special or unique or the last of anything. You are not espousing a ground-breaking philosophy on sunshine and white dresses. There are more than six billion billion human beings alive and all of them want safety, security, freedom and happiness as they see it. When you die, some will mourn, most will not, and everyone will carry on living as they did for one million years of human existence before you were born. You don't want to worry? Just enjoy the sunshine and grassy fields and ignore the possibility of impending nuclear holocaust.
As has been said before in more perfect words: Ignorance is Bliss.

Well, I think OPs views are not even political. Everyone of us wants to be happy.

OP is a fucking tool. He wants all the perks of government like transportation, food, etc but doesn't want the negatives that go with it. Go away, pick government and comfort, or be anarchic and afraid/lacking basic necessities other than that you can grow or attain on your own.

I wouldn't consider that libertarianism.

I think it is not called vegetarianism.
