Requesting a 4-ch download board because the latest version of Shiichan looks absolutely crappy and isn't user-friendly at all anymore.

Possible uses of a 4-ch download board:

• Short notices of new releases
• Discussion about all sorts of P2P software (Bittorrent, Share, WinNY, EMule and whatnot, their legal, technical aspects, etc.)

I was thinking about that.

I dont want to put any more boards in until there is more activity on the other boards first, however.
