Anime: Centered. Meaning, all text is aligned in the center. Bad.
ASCII: Centered.
DQN: Left-aligned.
Food: Centered.
Games: Centered.
General: Left-aligned.
Manga: Centered.
Music: Centered.
News: Centered.
Politics: Centered.
Tech: Centered.
Science: Centered.
Film & TV: Centered.
Internet Culture : Centered.
Programming : Centered.
日本語: Centered.
Please fix.

The "FAQ | Rules | 規則 " bit of the headers seems to be causing it.
Err, I own a mac running OS X Tiger.... so I don't have Internet Explorer. Fixing the problem from my end is trial and error.
For info, the centered boards are still centered.
Obviously. I haven't "fixed" anything regarding the navigation yet.
Yeah, I saw it too today on a friend's laptop.
Looks really shitty (ノ∀`)
For info: centered boards are still centered.
Sling: Has anything changed? No.
Why? Because I'm bogged up building 3 other stupid websites so I can get some cash to keep us around. Use Firefox or something else until I get the time to sort it out, and find a machine with IE to test with.

/games/ still has the center align bug under IE, though.
Just checked with 6.x under WinXP Pro.
