Let's just say that I'm quite familiar with this field of work and was naturally annoyed by this article.

The other day, a crazy lady didn't get her cough medicine because it was against the law to refill it that soon, and she started yelling, "HELP! HELP! I'M BEING ASSAULTED IN THE PHARMACY!" and later filed an actual claim with the police. Isn't that something?
