There's a reason almost all multicellular organisms reproduce sexually. The exchanging of genes makes a population more diverse. This means that when its hit by some horrible epidemic, there's a chance it wont be completely wiped out because many members of the species would have acquired some form of immunity through genetic drift.
Unless, of course, the Übermensch is completely immune to all disease, if that's even possible...
