Well, seeing that the laws of our universe -don't- allow for FTL, we probably need to seek -other- methods.
Like:

1. hyperspace, aka some kind of spacetime where the laws apply differently. Or,
2. teleport, aka some kind of instant transfer.

But currently, that's all sci-fi.
