Anyone know of good ringtone dipositories? Perferrably Anime Related. Perferrably in Midi format.

Also is there a simple program for editing midis? All I want to do is cut whitespace.

I want to cut out those annoying several-second pauses from the start of most MIDIs as well. A lot of them are totally unsuited for use as ringtones precisely because of the starting delay.

One program I know is a DOS program named MIDICUT.EXE.
usage: MidiCut [-q][-ch #[-#]][-from #][-till #][-units] file.mid cutfile.mid
-version get program version
-q be quiet
-channel c[-d] copy only selected channels c..d (1-16) to output
-from # start cut at second # (default: 0.0)
-till # end cut at second # (default: end of song)
-units #-# cut range between units # - #
Can result in problems if the cut is done inside a note, tho...

MIDICUT is just about perfect. Very simple and needs no Windows, to boot. Thanks!
