So what's new?
I replaced my hoary packages with breezy the other day and I must say I'm not too impressed.
It has a new bootup graphic thingy, looks nice. It seems to have bluetooth support and openoffice v.2
What else is there?
Also, I find the new KDE theme of theirs, including KDM login prompt to be rather ugly.
Presumably security fixes have gone in too, and possibly the latest release of KDE. (3.4.2 or 3.4.3 last time I checked)
KDE 3.5 isn't far off though... I've been playing with it here, and so far, it looks really nice. :-)
A shot of the desktop:

I should probably put up more screenshots, but so far, the beta has been stable (which is rare -- that machine runs a partial 64-bit userland, something not all that stable on Linux), and runs quite well on that machine (SGI Indigo2 Impact, MIPS R10000 CPU @ 195MHz, 384MB RAM, 20GB HDD)
Also, hardware support is a lot better!
