UK Premium Rate VOIP (1)

Has anyone in the UK managed to successfully call a premium rate phone line using VOIP?

I have tried Jajah today and I tested it with my two phonelines and it works, but I tried a premium rate line and it dials buts does not answer.

I urgently need a VOIP program that can successfully dial premium rate numbers, does Skype work for this?
