come on guys, there's not that big a difference!
I'll get a PCI-e card when dx10 goes mainstream.

If you dont game, even AGP 2x/4x is more than enough.

for your question on blog - any 8 series card, I recommend midrange 8600GT if you're looking for cheap ($90-$120)

Or if you don't care about DX10, the X1900XT is a good buy. If you do, you might find the 8600GTS more worth your money in the long run, and an 8800 (as expensive as the are, I hate that NVidia won't let the price drop on those, I had to just bite the bullet and wait for a rebate to come along and a least ease the pain of spending that much $$$ on a graphics card, but it IS worth it)
