Help! can't install video drivers (2)

Whenever I try to install video drivers it says "Access denied" then I went to download drivers and install it from the exe it tell me "setup is unable to complete the installation. Try to setup your display adapter to standard VGA driver before running setup" So, I open my display panel, went to settings, advanced, clicked on adapter and I see "vgasave" I can't change anything.

Help Me >.<
