[Australia] Best ISP? (4)

Quite frankly I'm fed up with the bullshit service I'm getting, I do realise there's a somewhat similar topic ranting about shitty ISP.

So what ISP do you guys reccomend/what plans do you reccommend?

As of now I'm using Telstra Bigpond, Speed: 256k Useage: 12GB, $60 p/month.

Anything better than that? I've come across Internode and discussing it with my family but I'd like to get some more possible choices.

Exetel looks quite good and comes at a good price.
