Please help with computer crashing problem (5)

My friend computer keeps crashing and he says it's because of two drivers or something called netbt.sys and dxgkrnl.sys does anyone know what the problem is and how he can fix it?

have u scanned whole system first? and as someone said already, u can try to reinstall the drivers again. What i recommend is write down what's running in ur computer in what OS on what hardwares. Do not give a trash to this forum. You gotta give right preferences to get the right answer. thanks.

I hate driver/dll conflicts. Windows 98 was especially vulnerable to these kinds of problems, my registry was completely fucked one time because of it.

At times like these, I pat my backup on the head and reformat/reinstall my system.
