The US tested a chemical laser on an Air Force satellite in 1997, successfully "disabling" it. Dunno if the lazor just fried its spy camera or what this "disabling" meant, but high-powered lasers have come a long way in the last ten years.

Still, you can't exactly buy those from a store. Might be possible to acquire all the stuff yourself, put it together and produce the chemicals involved with some serious skill, but this would probably leave quite a paper trail for the FBI (or your local equivalent) to track. So, Anonymous, just how much do you hate the company?
