Putting a satellite into orbit for fun and profit (2)

I want to launch my own satellite into orbit for my own personal uses. Are there any specific laws or legal blockades preventing me from doing that?

I pretty much know I will have to contract out the launching to a third party, or is there a cheaper way I can launch into orbit myself.

get the chinese to launch it, they'll probably be the cheapest
