Looking for image viewer (5)

Hey guys. I need an image viewer much like the one that came with Windows 95 - it needs to let me view multiple images at once in the same window. Does anyone know if I could get that program or anything that emulates that functionality? Thanks!

except that this program doesn't let you scale your pictures
