Syncing video with audio? (2)

Meh, don't know if this is the right category to put this, but what the hell.

I have a video that's 4:48 in length and a song that's 6:18. Is there a software that can slow down the video so it matches the song in length? I don't really care about the audio of the video since I'm going to be replacing it with the song anyway.

Serious answers please.

So you're looking for something that will slow down the video to about 76% normal speed ... I hear AVS Video Editor will do that for you.
