koji=居士
It was used for a Buddhist man. but now It is used in two scene.

1. Another name after death. it is called Kaimyou 戒名.
2. A man's nickname making a parody of a his havit.

kakaricho=係長 is a executive name in a company.
chairman会長 > president社長 > manager部長 > chief of section課長 > chief係長 > 平社員

zeki=関?
I don't know this word. It seems to me that you misheard something.
But did you hear Sumou wrestler's name?

chujoudainagon=中将大納言 is maybe 中将 and 大納言.
These are government post name in ancient japan.
Now These are not used.

By the way,zeki=関 is a popular name-suffix in japanese sumou wrestlers.There is no means.But Japanese think the sound of "zeki", which sounds like sumou or ancient japanese traditional something.関が原、関所 also sound like that.
