He means アニメ実況 which is something they have on 2ch and 2chan, it's for "live anime news". on 2chan it's used for posting caps and comment sabout an ep while it's airing.

I think it'd be very cool for iichan to have something like that but the problem is it's impossible because people get raws at different times.
