Im not really into Romance and Drama Anime but for some reason Im into Suzuka.. can anyone list any other anime similar to Suzuka?
I know for a fact that love hina is similar :)

Maison Ikkoku. It came out in 1986, and A LOT of animes after MI imitate the kind of storyline that goes on in MI.

MI is the greatest anime love story, ever. It tells of a student who fell in love with his apartment manager. This pretty much sets the standard for all the "apartment love animes" (Love Hina included, except LH is harem) to follow.
