It's fairly well established already in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Africa, Australia/New Zealand, and parts of South America.

You mean Arabic? Anime's fairly common in the Arab countries. North Africa (where they also mostly speak Arabic) too.

Wherever there's internet, there's also anime, and a small but enthusiastic population of young males that thrive on it.
It's one of the laws of nature.
