Please teach to me.
Please teach excluding the one to use P2P such as BitTorrent Files.
Almost everybody uses P2P. BitTorrent in the west, and Winny in Japan.
Also, "oshiete" is often "tell" in English, not "teach".

HTTP and FTP downloads are generally a backup system to help P2P-impaired people, please consider the bandwidth needed, and refrain from using them if your network doesn't completely prevent the use of P2P.
For Anime with english subtitles I'd normally use www.fansub.tv for http downloads, it's free to use but you may be put in a queue if the server is busy, I'm in Ireland so I normally get fairly good speeds before the Americans go online.
Also for ftp downloads there is a subscription service from www.downloadanime.org ( http://danimeftp.com/ ) which only costs about $6 a month. You will need a programme like smart ftp for this http://www.smartftp.com/.
Try google to find others for direct downloads
