I've been told to my face that I act like Excel... by two different people on separate occasions.

Kotono Mitsuishi, the voice actress who played Excel (and many other roles) is said to have a very "genki" personality, though of course no one is as "genki" as Excel is.

If it matters, she doesn't look much like Excel, though the character designer for another project she worked on did make one character whose voice she performed look a lot like her. >> <<
