Ok,I was planning to do my own animation and I would like to some extraordinary animes (and some which are common) that was beautifully rendered and animated, artistically and even surreal! ^^
Any recommendations?
Shion no Ou
I wouldn't call Shion particularly well animated. It's reasonably well drawn and the story is good if not predictable, but the animation isn't particularly noteworthy.
It's not "reasonably well drawn", it's pretty damn shoddy. It's pretty blatantly clear that they didn't have much of an budget at any point.
It's a good story, but don't let that colour your perceptions of the animation.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
In terms of well done animation, Studio Ghibli masters it. Great fluid movements and all.
Artistically speaking, I'd say Kanashimi no Belladonna, Mononoke (2007), anything studio 4ºC, Mushishi, The Diary of Tortov Roddle, Haibane Renmei, Satoshi Kon's movies... I also really liked Le portrait de petite Cossette 8D Not sure if that last once is exacly what you are looking for tough.
Blue Drop had incredible backgrounds compared to some, all with that beautiful hand painted look. Steel Angel Kurumi was good because all the colors were so uber vivid, almost the point of being blinding. Howl's Moving Castle was one of Myiazaki's best imo. Typically the Tales OVA's are well made too.

Agreed. It's pretty cheaply animated, but very stylishly designed. Everything by that director, Akiyuki Shinbo, has great art direction and a better-than-average sense of framing, lighting, and camera angles. See also Bakemonogatari.
Very different, not for everybody, but jaw-droppingly lovely in my opinion, was Mononoke, a spinoff of one of the three stories of "Ayakashi."
I also really like Gonzo's sense of style, although I know a lot of people hate them. I found Last Exile beautiful to look at, for example.

definitely Clannad and Clannad After Story, it looks really pretty and all the eyes are mesmerizing.
The House of Five Leaves has gorgeous background art and a distinct character design. The animation itself is decent to good but as a whole it looks really nice.
Hunter x Hunter has surprisingly fluid animation despite being a bit old.

I've never even seen it but I can still tell how beautifully it was animated from the screenshots and trailer.
Studio Ghibli has a lot of spectacular animation, especially in their newer stuff like Howl's and Ponyo.
