Akikan 1 subbed
Story: The story revolves around a typical high school boy named Kakeru Daichi and the can of melon juice soda that he bought from a vending machine. The can suddenly transforms into a beautiful but standoffish girl that Kakeru nicknames "Melon," and more "Akikan" ("empty can") girls appear. However, Akikan girls need to be infused with carbon dioxide from kissing to survive.
Genre: personification/scifi.
Review: The guy is an asshole, I don't like him. And the girl is a bubbly airhead. The only interesting one is the men-hater lesbian classmate, but she barely got any screen time. I dunno.
Not much to expect here when a harem needs to be kissed to survive
Kurokami 1 subbed
Adaptation of a Korean manga.
Keita Ibuki, a high school student, meets a girl named Kuro. Then she's attacked by a guy with baseball bat. She beats him up. Then she goes away. End of episode 1.
Ultra-violence, fights, lots of deaths.
Typical of Korean manga: very good art/animation. And girls that are beaten up very violently, or killed with a lot of blood flying around. And stories that go nowhere.
To be watched for the style, not for the plot.
KissxSis 00 OVA subbed
"Keita has two older step-sisters, Ako and Riko, but since they aren't related by blood, they love him in a lustful way. After a mishap at school, Ako and Riko finally confess their love to him. Keita dislikes the thought of seeing them other then brother and sister, but as he tries to enter the same school as his sisters, he slowly becomes attracted to them."
Softcore porn.
The sisters are looking too young, so it's not very exciting for me as porn. And anyway the close-ups are mainly of the guy's boner... The guy is trying to be tsundere, but fails. The anime is not very funny, manga was better.
Renamed with how to do your sisters when the ball is in your court
White Album 01 sub
"The White Album game centers around Tōya Fujī, a college student dating a rising idol singer named Yuki Morikawa. The story deals with the challenges to the couple’s relationship from the other people at Fujī’s college, Morikawa’s work, and elsewhere."
Animated dorama.
I read a rumor that some studios have started to use voice actors from tv dramas. That would explain why last season some VAs sounded so crappy. Now watching this one, it seems that the studios have started also to use the style from tv dramas... Nothing much happens, besides a few nasties from idols to idols. Camera is fluid, but not focused, it's tiresome. The VAs sound like they are reading a text, not very convincing. Story is bland, and doesn't look like anything flashy will happen anytime soon, besides maybe a romance with one of the girls around... but which one? The weak suspense... is not killing me! ^^;;;
Maria+Holic 01 subbed
"The story centers on a sophomore named Kanako who enrolls in all-girls school because she has a phobia of men and wants to find her destined yuri partner. She meets a captivating freshman named Mariya who fits her criteria — except her seemingly ideal mate happens to be a cross-dressing sadistic boy..."
Trap yuri.
Blah, SHAFT... I don't like that studio. And the pseudo-shoujo is killing me, with the girl voicing her inner thoughts constantly... I would also become a sadistic boy if I was there. There's good humor now and then, but I can't stand to listen to that girl's ramblings. Next!
Pretends yuri only to say lesbians can be cured with the right man
Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo 01 raw
"The story is set in the year 311 of the Orbital Calendar, when humanity has migrated to countless colony clusters in space. A space colony girl named Akiha Shishidō encounters an abandoned, ill-natured artificial intelligence, called Leopard...."
Sci-fi.
Haha, funny. The delusional brain has the voice of Lelouch!
Ok, good animation, large cast. No intro, but the outro has good animation and music. I'm going to follow this.
VIPER'S CREED - 01 Raw
"After a world war, cities are isolated from each other. Fort Diba City is one of the most prosperous cities and the security of the city is maintained by a private military company. The unit "Viper" is a team of the guards of Alcon and the members carry out their jobs with the assistance of the operators. Sakurako is newly enrolled in the company and assigned as operator of a member of "Viper" unit, Saiki."
Armored bike/mecha chases.
Why don't they use helicopters to catch the runaways? And where are the civilians when these chases happen? How comes they have so much ammo? Why do the OLs (Office Ladies) control the bikes of the riders? How can these OLs type on their keyboards with such long fingernails? And who is going to pay for all those destroyed roads? Sigh. My "creed" is running low. I suppose I shouldn't question the plot and just look at the 3D.
Have you heard anything about Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou?
>>10
I read the title as VIPPER'S CREED and got excited, but unfortunately it was not to be...
Natsume has my attention too but it appears without in this season
>>11
Yeah, I guess it's the continuation of "Natsume Yuujinchou". I had a quick look, but it's the same as the first season: the guy is a loner, surrounded by spirits only. He has a weird spirit-cat as sidekick, probably for marketing, to make it cute and less depressing I guess. I got interested a little bit when the cat transformed into a girl, but it was short and the guy didn't seem interested anyway, so my interest quickly faded away.
Shikabane Hime Kuro 01 subbed
Continuation of "Shikabane Hime Aka". The main actor is finally getting better with his voice acting, it's not as irritating as in the first season. The girl too, has gone better with his voice acting. They are both still a long way to go tho, it seems; it's still whining-sounding now and then. But I've grown to like this show so I'll continue to follow it.
Asu no Yoichi 01 raw
"Yoichi leaves his mountainside's home after his father tells him there's nothing more he can learn in martial arts there. The boy ends up in a martial arts dojo in the city with four girls."
Romantic comedy.
Old-fashioned teenager who knows nothing of the big city's life, lands between 3 girls + a child. Should be funny, but this is an oooold theme, many times used in the past... I didn't laugh even once. But the 3 girls have big breasts, so it should become interesting, somewhere along the line... maybe. Or maybe it won't.
Tetsuwan Birdy Decode 2 - 01 raw
Continuation of Tetsuwan Birdy Decode. Looks like it's gonna be the same watered-down, kiddified plot. For example, why does she need to go in her spaceship in orbit to get a briefing? Because it looks good? And how can she trip on a ball, and the ball not break? Because she lowered down her power levels, or something? It seems we are going to get a new romance going on -- can the guy watch when they go in bed? But he seems to be so indiffrent to Birdy running around naked...
Kemono no Souja Erin 01 raw (NHK-E)
"The story is about a young woman who is drawn into a war between kingdoms. She has the ability to command animals, including dragons, as if she was playing a musical instrument."
Fantasy.
NHK-E = NHK Education. People are talking with pauses, to give the viewing kids the time to grasp concepts, I guess. Art style is poor, like from a documentary. For kids.
Chrome Shelled Regios 1 sub
"The world was infected by “Pollutant” years ago - world cracked open and generally screwed up. This Pollutant spawns nasty “Pollutant Beasts”, but it’s also resulted in people gaining special powers. The story follows a guy named Lei-Fon Alseif who starts at a new school and gets recruited into the special 17th Platoon in order to combat Beasts."
School life, fantasy.
Confusing super-powered battles battles with creepy monsters. Then it moves to a cheesy school. The guy has the voice and behavior of a wimp, but moves like a superman when needed. Lots of girls... as cannon fodder? Or as visual candy? There were no deaths in this episode, so it's probably gonna be a romance, with battles tacked on now and then.
RIDE BACK - 01 Raw
"Ride Back tells the story of a girl and her “Iron Horse” robot motorcycle in 2020, at a tumultous time of anti-governement student protests."
Mecha ballets.
Eeek... The main girl got a moe-ification treatment makeup. She became shy and hesitant, and got slapped with a bunch of "do your best" genki(=enthusiastic) cheesy girlfriends. In the manga she was cool calm and collected, not a victim. But luckily the original manga is showing thru in the riding scenes, pushing away the crap the anime writers shoveled in. Those riding scenes were great.
None appear to understand viewing interest other than more Natsume
Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo - 02 Raw
The intro appeared... and it's by Ali Project! Barf... Their singers can't sing. Oh well, I turned off the sound.
Somehow they can manage vocals that horrible using only one person
Munto TV - 01 sub
"In the sky there exist a Kingdom called the Heavens, kept afloat by a power known as Akuto. The amount of Akuto is dwindling, and only the Magical King Munto can save it. But he needs the help of Yumemi, the Girl of Destiny who is the only Earthly person who can see the Heavens."
Fantasy.
Wiki says it's a sequel, but it looks like it's the same as the OVAs. Are they going to reuse the same plot and make it 13-episode longer? I managed to finish watching the weak OVAs back then, because it felt like it was done by some promising talented amateurs, but I couldn't even finish this first TV episode. It was verbose and syrupy... Well drawn, but boring.
Asura Cryin' - 01 RAW
"The main character is Natsume Tomoharu. Although he appears to be a normal high school student at first glance, there's one thing about him which isn't normal: he's haunted by the ghost of a young girl, Minakami Misao. One day, a girl named Kurosaki Shuri appears with a trunk which Tomoharu's brother told her to pass on to him...."
Fantasy, school life.
Ep1 was enjoyable. Let's see ep2 to check if this doesn't become a bunch of battling power levels with mechas.
K-ON! - 01 Raw
"K-On!'s story revolves around four Japanese high school girls who join their school's light music club to try to save it from being abolished. However, they are the only members of the club, and none of them have any experience playing musical instruments or reading sheet music."
By Kyoto Animation.
Music club's school life.
I see the better animation, it reminds me of Kannagi. The girls are kindergarten-level brain-dead, tho. And they are in high-school?? Completely unrealistic. Is this a girls-only school? I saw no guys. Z-zzz...
Sengoku Basara 01 raw
"The story takes place in the age of the Warring Countries, when Japan was fragmented in semi-independent provinces, governed by feudal lords or daimyo, who confronted each other in an endless struggle for power."
Pseudo-historical action-adventure story.
A whole bunch of males flaunting their superpowers around. 1 (only one!) half-naked babe groveling submissively near a feminine man. I dunno... We didn't see much of the babe's tits (the only interesting part). Plus, it's very unreal as a story. And the pseudo-old_Japanese annoys me.
quick reviews:
Mainichi Kaasan - 01 RAW: a mom and her kids doing mischief. I'll pass.
Marie & Gali - 01 RAW: some kind of for-kids story. For the fan.
Basquash! - 01 RAW
"The story takes place on the planet Earthdash, where its inhabitants gaze on its moon and the technologically advanced lunar city of Mooneyes with awe. Dan JD, a boy living in Rollingtown on Earthdash's surface, gets caught up in Bigfoot Basketball — a fast-paced sport played with giant Bigfoot robots."
Basket with mechas.
Not bad. High quality animation. Maybe a bit too fast going at times, I had to pause a few times to go back, to grasp the scene. But that's ok. I like!
Slap-Up_Party_-Arad_Senki-_-_01 sub
"The anime will follow the adventures of Baron, a man living on continent of Arad in the year 981 after "the cursed light of Kazan" has fallen across the land. Thanks to the curse, one of his arms has become possessed. After finding a sword that has been possessed by the spirit Roxy, he embarks on a quest to unravel the secret of the curse and meets various people who also join his party."
Swords-slashing RPG fantasy.
I liked that episode. Nothing earth-shattering, but it was a pleasant mindless distraction.
quick reviews
Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou - 01 RAW: 3d shoujo anime. I'll pass.
Da_Capo_IF_-_01: the usual derivative anime to promote the h-game, I guess? Not interested.
Pandora Hearts - 01 RAW: 'looks heavy... I'll check this one again when it's subbed.
Charady no Joke na Mainichi - 001: intro/outro in 3D. Main part in less-than-tasteful art. Nasty joke. I dunno...
Higepiyo - 01 RAW: haha, funny... at times. Very short. Can this deliver in the long run?
quick reviews
Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ 01: It looked stupid. Same story as the old OVA? And Bee Train as studio means bad news.
Jewel Pet - 01 RAW: cheap toy-oriented shoujo, it seems. Pass.
Tayutama ~Kiss on my Deity~ - 01 RAW: the budget vanished mid- episode, or what? They started to talk and talk and talk-ZZZ. Maybe it's better if I see this one subbed.
Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica Crimson S - 01 RAW: retelling of the same story? Is this to promote a new game version coming out? I dunno...
Popping in here...
Personally the ones I am following are going to be Saki as my number one. K-ON as a half curious number 2 (not feeling the hype for it) and FMA remake as number 3. I tried out a couple of the others ones (Such as shangri la and munto. Akikan, I have already been following for a while...)
So yeah. Other than waiting for the other Higurashi anime and the New evangelion movie to come out I only have 3 I am gonna be following consistantly this season. I checked out episode 1 of the DBZ Kai anime and found it wholly uninteresting. Its basically a cropped down version with the same animation but has new OP sequence. Thats all.

'Not sure yet where this story is going.

Time-traveling teenagers.
Yuck! The eyes are too close, it's ugly. Even the guy got ugly-fied. Manga's art was much better. And the whole original premise... got time-slipped out!?
I feel like I got short-changed.

"When Imperial forces attack the small border town of Bruhl, Welkin Gunther, son of late General Belgen Gunther, is forced to fight for his life alongside Town Watch captain Alicia Melchiott. Along with Welkin's adopted sister Isara, the three escape..."
Game adaptation.
Pretty! But darn, the girl is -really- dense. Is this supposed to be the Netherlands? Oh well, hopefully it'll be better in the next episodes. Is this going to be a love story, a war story or both?
Shangri-la - 01 sub
"When Houjou Kuniko gets released from prison, she’s brought back to her home where she’s to be the leader of a group called Metal-age that opposes the government’s policies. She lives in a world of carbon taxes, credits, and the carbon market, so everything is watched and regulated, and when some of the people in Kuniko’s town decide to generate some electricity, thereby creating some pollution, the military appears to come after them."
Eco-anime(?)
Bzzt! The story didn't make sense, I got a headache from listening to it. I suppose this is just a version of Kite without sex nor deaths, and with fantastic elements added? And a few transsexuals as heroes to spice it up? 'Not sure I'd like to get more headaches...
Saki 01 sub
"Saki is a girl who hates mahjong because she's been forced to play it with her family all her life. In spite of this, the games taught her a unique skill: keeping her score perfectly 0, so that she doesn't win or lose. When the mahjong club members at her school learn about it, they become interested..."
Mahjong anime.
I liked the over-the-top animation. But I don't understand a word of what they are talking about, nor am I interested in mahjong. It's like if they are speaking Latin!
i can't believe you said that, sling. the only reason i watch that show is cause of the main character.
>>39
Well, feel free to post your own reviews here.
Saki - I'm torn about this. I like pretty much everything about it, particularly the awesome cast, but I don't understand mahjohng. I wonder if it'll be watchable without getting the details, like Akagi was but with moe instead of manliness? This episode didn't quite manage it for me, more mahjohng than moe. Maybe if it gets more yuri.
Shangri-la - pretty but boring and cliched, and with an unreasonably annoying boomerang. Even with low expectations it was disappointingly shit; gave up halfway through.
Tears to Tiara - enjoyed it more than I expected to, If it stays at the level of this epispode I think it should shape up to be a decent fantasy series. That said it made me want to play the game more than it made me want to keep watching the anime.
Guin Saga - reminded me of (western) 80's cartooons I watched as a kid. Kind of liked it but the fight scenes were really stupid yet not outrageous enough to become enjoyable, and took up far more time than the interesting bits. Briefly confused by the way one scene change suggested they stayed underwater without coming up to breathe for a whole night.
Semjou no Valkria - kind of annoying; it seemed to me to be avoiding serious violence and death(?), i.e. the consequences of war, and unless it's going to be shounen style hot blooded action that's a lot of what would/should make it interesting, even if it's more love than war. Maybe too early to judge it, but it felt like it was trying to be a serious story without dealing with the heavier, unpleasant parts of war and getting the viewers down too much, to the extent I found some of it unbelievable. Then again I don't know why I've bothered to write this, it's fairly obvious that's what it would be like, and even if it gets more serious I really doubt it'll be as heavy as I'd like - it's just that I really wanted to enjoy this because I love Inoue Marina.
Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z-Hen - well that it is one way to start a series - a kind of a super condensed overview of what's to come consisting entirely of hotblooded lines and intense bursts of action. Completely insane. Obviously aimed mostly at Mazinger fans, but pretty good for newbies for the sheer spectacle of it. Also loved the old school art. Definitely watching this.
I watched something else but I've forgotten what it was, so it clearly wasn't any good. Now waiting for Souten Kouro purely because I can't get the manga. I bet the adaptation sucks... ヽ(;´Д`)ノ
Tears to Tiara - 01 sub
"On the island of Erin, still ruled by the Ancient Kingdom, the Goidelic people are attempting to sacrifice priestess Riannon to revive protagonist and demon king Arawn to lead the resistance against the Empire."
Swords and magic.
Based on a h-game. 'Looks like an Utawakerumono clone... ah yes, same studio. Are scenes missing? Why does she get blank eyes at the end? Was it because it's part of an erotic scene?
And how come the demon gets a bishounen's suit? More missing parts? Yuck...
Probably this anime is for people who played the game...

"Saki Morimi is a young woman currently in the US on her graduation trip. But just when she is in front of the White House, she gets into troubles, and only the unexpected intervention of one of a man saves her day. However, this man is a complete mystery. First of all, he appears to have lost his memory.
Secondly, he is stark naked, except for the gun he holds in one hand, and the strange mobile phone he's grabbing with the other hand."
Fantasy.
Lively first episode. I have no clue where this is going, so I'll need another episode.
Guin Saga 01 sub
"The ancient kingdom of Parro has been invaded by the armies of Mongaul, and its king and queen have been slain. But the "twin pearls of Parro," the princess Rinda and the prince Remus, escape using a strange device hidden in the palace. Lost in the Forest of Rood, they are rescued from Mongaul soldiers by a strange leopard-headed man named Guin, who has no memories except for the word "Aurra."
Heroic fantasy.
Mongaul? Monghol? Mongol!
Rinda? Linda!
Aurra? Aura!
The teleporting machine was interesting... but what went wrong was badly explained. Many parts were badly explained... like the fate of the parents. Somehow, it was hard to get interested in the story. Especially with that weak prince...
akikan was sooo moronic and hentai, explicit script
Hatsukoi Limited 01 sub
"The manga features a series of short stories about eight girls in middle school and high school, plus their classmates and relatives."
The anime seems to follow the manga.
High school first loves.
Nice art, it reminds me of Toradora... ah yeah, same studio.
Story is... for girls. Men are dumb caricatures, girls are pure innocent things... Yeah, right.
From what I remember from the manga, there was no real plot. Just random fluff.
I dunno if I should continue, I had a hard time managing to even finish watching the first episode. Girls talking to themselves = shoujo = boredom for me.

He meets his childhood friend, Mihoshi Akeno , although a traumatic incident long ago had left their friendship in an awkward state. Despite this, Mihoshi brings Saku into the astronomy club she founded, and this sets the stage for the slapstick romantic comedy that..."
Romance slapstick.
The guy is kind of a wimp. The girl harassing him is really annoying. They had to create a sick side-character to show her only good point: she's "healthy". Looks like shoujo, a story for girls.
Bakemonogatari 01 sub
Bakemonogatari centers on Koyomi Araragi, a third year high school student who is almost human again after briefly becoming a vampire. One day, a classmate named Hitagi Senjōgahara, who infamously never talks to anyone, falls down the stairs into Koyomi’s arms. He discovers that Hitagi weighs next to nothing, in defiance of physics. After being threatened by her, Koyomi offers her help, and introduces her to Meme Oshino, a middle-aged homeless man who helped him stop being a vampire.
Vampire story?
This has been SHAFTed... Story hard to follow with all the non-sequitur. The reason why the girl wants to kill him makes no sense, is it supposed to be "cute"? Pretty art, but annoying close-ups. Headache-inducing...
Umineko no Naku Koro ni 01 sub
Umineko no Naku Koro ni takes place in the year 1986, during the time frame of October 4 and October 5 on a secluded island named Rokkenjima. The head of a wealthy family named Kinzo Ushiromiya, who lives on and owns Rokkenjima, is near death, and eight of his family members arrive on the island to discuss how Kinzo's assets will be divided once he is dead...
Murders story.
'Sounds complicated like a family affair, I'm lost already. And I don't care for any of the characters....
Kanamemo 01 sub
The story centers on Kana Nakamichi, a middle-school girl who had already lost her parents and just recently lost her only remaining relative, her grandmother. As a result, she ends up living and working at a newspaper delivery office. Everyone else living at the office are all charming, self-assertive bishojo. The manga follows Kana’s daily life in the fast-paced yet joyous environment.
Slice of life.
Some kind of poor-girl story? I lost quickly interest after a few minutes.
Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! 01 sub
The story revolves around Jūden-chan, a girl who came to our world from a parallel world to “charge” up dejected people.
Fantasy.
Some of the designs from the intro look nice but the characters act like idiots. And what with this pissing obsession? Is it supposed to be funny? A turn-off for me.
Sea_Story 01-02 sub
The story centers on Marin and Urin, two “pure” sisters who live alongside the fish in the sea, but yearn to be in the world beyond the water and above ground. One day, a beautiful ring falls in the middle of the sea, and Marin and Urin retrieve it. The two decide to leave their waterbound world for the first time to deliver the ring.
Magical girls from the sea and land.
I like the art. It's kind of poetic... But the girl from the land is dumb... actually, they are all dumb. Dumb poetry? Well okay, it's watchable for now.
Princess_Lover 01 sub
Teppei Arima is a second-year high school student who lost both of his parents in a traffic accident on their way home from a family trip. His grandfather, Isshin Arima, happens to wield the puppet strings in Japan’s vast economy and demands that Teppei becomes his successor as the head of the Arima Group...
Action/romance.
Not bad! Not bad at all. I liked this first episode. Good designs, good animation! Yes!
Canaan 01 sub
People blow up in Hong Kong. Something about "an ability to sense with the other senses"(?). Cryptic you-know-what-I-mean conversations.
(I can't even find a good synopsis anywhere)
Action.
Pretty and action-packed. Story is... meh. Not much is explained. 'Looks like we still are in the stage of "we don't have much so let's make it complicated". Hopefully I'm wrong and that there's something meaningful later on. So far, I don't care for any of the characters. Except maybe for that naked girl who delivers the dripping-wet contract?... I dunno.
Needless_01 sub
In the near future, mankind has suffered from a Third World War, leaving extreme damage all over and forced mankind to become even more distinct from their species. The world was at chaos and from this chaos comes a new species: “Needless”. The Needless are humans who have contracted a “disease” as humans may call them, and allow them to wield extraordinary powers far superior to any mankind. Their abilities include Telekinesis, elemental powers, gravity control, adaptation, radioactive release and all manners of scientific impossibility.
Power levels fights.
Some kind of card game on steroids? Looks like a B-movie, very cheesy. I like the design of the babe, I hate her personality.
Tokyo_Magnitude_8.0 01 sub
The story centers on Mirai, a middle school freshman girl who goes to Tokyo’s artificial Odaiba Island for a robot exhibition with her brother Yutaka at the start of summer vacation. A powerful tremor emanates from an ocean trench, the famed Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge crumble and fall, and the landscape of Tokyo changes in an instant.
Drama.
I was tempted several times to turn off the story, so boring... then each time something happened to make me continue. So, plus points for a story well told. But, it's still very bland. The chara designs are very bland, too... even the "babe" is unattractive. It feels like a weak documentary...
Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou 01 sub
The story revolves around Koyomi Morishita, a clumsy high school freshman girl who is often mistaken for a grade-schooler because of her shortness. Koyomi becomes a disciple of Misa Anehara, a 25-year-old graduate student who happens to be one of the most powerful modern-day magicians.
Magical girls.
Loli magical girl runs around with her butt naked. But then the preview seems to show that the real story starts a few years later. Nice art, but plot seems to aim at very young girls. Dunno, I need to see the next episode to see how it looks.
Taishou Yakyuu Musume 01 sub
In 1925 (year 14 of the Taisho period), after being told by a baseball player that women should become housewives instead of going to school, two 14-year-old Japanese high school girls named Koume and Akiko decide to start a baseball team in order to prove him wrong.
Baseball.
Argh, the oh-so-sweet old Japanese is grating my ears... It sounds too perfect to be true. And they choose baseball?? This sounds very unreal. Ok, nice art, nice animation, but... story sounds like a dream from a shoujo artist.
Nyan Koi! 01
Junpei Kōsaka has an allergy to cats. One day, he finds out he's been cursed, he can now understand what cats are saying...
Comedy/romance.
Ep1 was mundane but well done. Not sure where this series is going to go afterwards...
The Sacred Blacksmith 01
Cecily Campbell is the head of the Campbell house and a member of the 'Knight Guards' responsible for protecting the Independent Trade City of Housman. When Cecily's sword is broken in a confrontation with a former knight she must search for a blacksmith to repair it...
Sword fighting, monsters.
This seems to be made for a young audience... not very believable.
I'm not sure I'm gonna keep an interest.
Tegami Bachi 01
The story takes place in the land of AmberGround, a place of perpetual night only partially illuminated by an artificial sun. Lag Seeing works as a "Letter Bee" (delivery boy) at the "Bee Hive" (a delivery service), with his Dingo, Niche, and her pet, Steak, traveling with him. He is entrusted with the hearts of everyone to deliver their packages.
The mailman travels.
The intended audience is likely to be even younger for this one.
I wasn't too impressed.
Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra 01
In a world where dead people turn into books and are stored in the Bantorra Library where anyone who reads a book can learn their past. Bantorra Library is maintained by Armed Librarians who wield psychic powers and their enemy is a religious society known as Sindeki Kyoudan.
Mumbo-jumbo.
Woah, those 3D boats looked CHEAP... Those dialogs sounded cheap... and ALI Project as intro music? REAL cheap!
Snore.
Sora No Otoshimono 01
An angel falls from the sky on Tomoki Sakurai, and asks for his wishes. What is he going to do?
Comedy.
Well, compared to the rest of the other crappy series, this wasn't too bad. At least it was amusing.
Kampfer 01
The story revolves around Natsuru Senō, a normal high school boy. One day he wakes up to find himself turned into a girl. A stuffed tiger "Harakiri Tora" comes to life and tells him to fight as a female psychic fighter "Kämpfer". Having no idea about what's going on, Natsuru is involved in the battles against other female Kämpfer.
Meaningless battles.
The directing is atrocious... Is there anyone who even worked on that script? Too bad, because the art is quite good. What a waste.
Seitokai no Ichizon 01
The series, which is also called "The Records of the Hekiyō Academy Student Council’s Activities", revolves around a private high school whose student council is chosen entirely by popularity vote.
Parodies.
Goofing off student council. This series doesn't even know who they are and what they should do. Yawn.
Miracle Train ~Ōedo-sen e Yōkoso~ 01
There is an urban legend in Japan about an underground subway line that moves without limitations. The rumor is only gorgeous men ride a train that is known as the Miracle Train.
Fabulous.
For the frustrated females or yaoi? Not my cup of tea.

Murasame Sumika is popular in the high school for her excellence in the marks and sports. However, she has a secret: she is in love with her classmate Kazama Ushio. Ushio also has a liking to the love between girls, but she hasn't noticed Sumika's feeling and always been refused by other girls.
Yuri.
Whoa, the volume of their voices is so low, I thought something was broken. Ok: they go back to school, they eat, they go back to school, they eat... Zzz..... Yeah, not an action anime.
11eyes_-_01
Satsuki Kakeru lost his sister by suicide and has been living a dull life ever since then. One day, he is transported into a bizarre world "Red Night" along with his friend Minase Yuka. In order to survive and escape from Red Night, he fights against Dark Spirits and Black Nights.
Harem.
That eyepatch is ugly as hell. I'm getting a Da Capo vibe from this one, aka a bad anime adaptation supposed to promote an erogame. This means the anime will be void of anything remotely interesting... I'll pass.
Kimi ni Todoke 01
Sawako Kuronuma, called Sadako by her classmates for her resemblance to the character from Ring, has always been feared because of her appearance. There are rumors that she can curse people. But when the boy Kazehaya begins talking with her, everything changes.
Shoujo.
I don't like shoujo, and this one is very shoujo: she talks constantly to herself, she can't do anything on her own, etc.
For the fans.
Quick reviews:
Kobato 01 : This looks like a kodomo anime [= stories that are often very moralistic, teaching children how to behave as good and considerate people. The episodes are generally standalone and non-episodic in order to appeal to a child's short attention span. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodomo_manga]
Fairy Tail 01: another anime for very young children, or maybe shounen from the lower rungs. I'll pass.

Kiddy Girl-and 01
ES members Eclair and Lumiere once were involved in a battle to decide the fate of the galaxy. They prevailed and peace was restored to the galaxy. Now, 50 years later, the galaxy once again stands on the brink of chaos. This conflict will see the dawn of two new heroines: Ascoeur and Q-feuille.
Cheese-Fiction.
Ouch, my brains... A very mixed bag. Nice ideas, good animation, crappy execution.
Ok let's see, Ascoeur is a complete retarded waitress, but a highly competent fighter... sort of. Q-feuille is... competent? We didn't see her much in action, though. The terrorists are... idiots? They shoot everywhere but won't hit anybody. The head waitress is a cross-dressing guy... Whee.
Aoi Bungaku 01
An animated adaptation of six classical Japanese literature pieces.
Horror?
In this episode the guy doesn't know what to do with his life, and ends up killing himself. There was a good start when they were discussing their revolution, then it became about sex and death. Morbid. Is that really a classic?
