I want to start watching Hetalia, but I want to know if it's a "finished" anime as well. "Finished" meaning that no more episodes are going to come out AND it has a satisfying ending.

It's never going to have an ending, let alone a satisfying one. Hetalia is a series of unconnected vignettes of historical parody with no overarching plotline. When it ends it'll just stop.
