I will be! I have some characters and such, just need to figure out what to do with them.

Doesn't it seem backwards to have characters before a story?

I guess it depends what - and how - you're writing. Thinking about it, for something like this it's probably a great idea. I like it.

I was going to do it this year but I have a load of other stuff to do and I don't think I can make the time for it. I'll just have to cheer on you guys.

I guess I disagree because I think people read novels because they want to tell a compelling story. The depth of Nigger Jim's character isn't the reason we read Huck Finn to this day.

Thanks to a bit of a hangover and some friends, I'm a day late and a dollar short on starting my own damn novel. Well, here's to the conquering heroes of writing and JUSTICE.
