how install Wakaba scipt (4)

u can say this are the strange question..
but i wanna see in Offline...

basicly i use PHP & put the PHP file on c:\apache\htdocs
how about this script... i put on where!? the same folder or at cgi-bin

BTW we need the perl application right?
