Anyone have any advice on ways to stop it? I mean, besides going over the counter and getting pills, but like a more natural way to stop it.

Have a good sleep pattern, and an healthy diet.

Hair loss can be caused by a lack of B5 vitamin, which is found for example in salmon, oat cereal, and mushrooms. It's also probably what would be in the pills you would be given, that said.

Shampoo your hair every other day (less than that is bad for it, but more than that too).

High levels of stress and/or depression can cause hair to fall, too. Do something on this side if you think you might be affected.

That said, look in your family. If your parents/grandparents/uncles and so on started to lose it at about your age, there's not much more you can do. Also, if you have a lot of baldies in your family, it's not a good omen for you.

The sooner you grow to accept it, the better.

And the final word is: don't hesitate to go to your doctor and tell him about this concern. He might be able to help.

In terms of hairstyle, don't try to grow what you have out long to overcompensate for losing other parts. Get a short haircut, look at pictures of Bruce Willis (you could either do completely buzzed or something like he had in Fifth Element)

That's assuming you are a man. If you're a woman I'd see a doctor.

I'm starting to go bald but no too much yet. How about hair implants?
