English pepper sauce is great, if you prefer creamy, subtle sauces. I simply cannot get enough. A good compliment to fillets/stakes. Rogan Josh, an Indian curry, is excellent as well. Great as a regular curry sauce or to dip samosas in. If you're going for pasta, you can go wrong with Alfredo sauce. It's easy to make and can handle other flavours.
