Depends on the brand. I find most concentrate drinks, including OJ to have less bitterness than the real thing™, and tend to be a lot more sweeter. However with all that extra sweetness I think that you loose a lot of flavour.

If juice is too bitter for you, try putting a bit of baking soda in.

It is a matter of personal taste, I think. I do not find orange juice from concentrate to be bitter, though I do find fresh oranges to be sweeter and have a better flavor.

The reason is because of heat. When orange juice is made into concentrate it is pasteurized to around 190 degrees to eliminate microorganisms and neutralize enzymes that will shorten its shelf life. When the juice is reconstituted and put into a carton it's pasteurized again.

Those too. But mainly the kind that comes in nonrefrigerated juice boxes or bottles.
