I eat a lot of pre-cooked chili, toss in some hot sauce, and throw it in the microwave. Whatever mediocre taste the chili has, the habenero sauce more than takes care of it. I highly recommend anybody try habenero sauce in chili. It's spicy as all hell, but nothing a tall glass of milk can't fix. If you can find it where you live (US only, I'd believe), buy the Bush's brand. I don't know if it's related to the bag of rocks we call our president but damn is it good.
I also eat a lot of ramen lately, specifically the Maru-chan brand. I toss in a lot of salt (because the first time I had ramen it was a really large, thick kind of ramen that was boiled in salt water and added seaweed) and pepper and a little tabasco sauce to add spice to it.
