alright, a friend told me theres a way to download games from diffrent consoles like play station, xbox, etc. off of the internet and play them on your computer where the controls are changed so that you can play it easier. unforunaetly i forgot what they were called, so i cant download them. does anyone know what im talking about and a website where you can download them? i think they started with an e if that helps.

Emulators are the fake consoles.

ROMS are the games.

Also, there is no such thing as a PlayStation or an XBOX "ROM".

Good luck trying to find an emulator that is feature complete. Unless you are a programmer with the all the circuit level knowledge, there is a good chance that your game will fail to work.

nah there are ps2 CGN and Xbox emulaters that actually work, just your pc has to be up to hype

Yes, there are fairly 100% done PS2 and xBox emulators, and the "ROM"s are generally available off of IRC/Torrent.

Or some elite warez sites

As I have already said, there is no such thing as a ROM for these systems. Generally such a thing is called an ISO if it's from optical media.
