Every country has beautiful women. Every country has ugly women. They don't all concentrate in one place....
Every country has beutiful women when compared to its ugly women.
However when comparing to other countries, some sure have ugly women.
Japan is full of beautiful women.

There's some hot French girls out there. Just ignore the teeth and look out for the hookers. France has de-facto legalized prostitution.

I agree that, in general, the idea of searching for a particular country with the greatest percentage of attractive females is easily an exercise in futility. To be fair, however, people do have their preferences and it's possible for a specific race to hit a particular person's mark more often than others. In fact the idea of the exotic asian woman as a sex object is hardly exclusive to "yellow fevered nerds". Some sections of the sex industry like to capitalize on that particular idea, just as others will capitalize on "big beautiful women", and "black beauties".
It come down to personal taste. Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. Sometimes, that eye is more easily caught by a particular race.
I've not really seen that many french women that catch my interest. If I have, I've been unaware that they are french.

I'm from France and second that. I really don't know why, but most of them have something about their faces that I just can't like, and all the hairdresser here love to turn good-looking women's hair into bleached and curly abominations.
Whenever people need to mention a country known for beautiful women here, the standard cop-out answer is Sweden, although almost nobody could mention the name of even one well-known Swedish woman.
As for myself, I think I'd answer the original question by mentioning Japan and Italy.

Scandinavian women are: sexy, healthy, educated and have an open mind. However, Finnish is an incomprehensible language that will drive you nuts before you can say "Huippututkimusyksiköt ja tutkimuksen hyötylinkkejä" http://www.jyu.fi/tutkii.html so you just know it's not random blabber!
Swedish is better understandable, but you will dash out of a room full of Swedish people because their voices span more frequencies than a full size church organ and they enjoy using every bit of it, from high to low and back in fractions of seconds. Preferably in A-dur Cacophonic. I'm just saying.
The Danes are actually Germans, but neither the Germans nor the Danes can ever agree to that. ever. Norwegians again are something totally different.
I'm just saying: You'll have to adapt a little, probably your whole way of life, to bear living with such a woman. On the other side, it'll be worth your while.

Spain isn't bad.
Last time I was there, I couldn't help but notice the young women looked good and dressed well. They sure knew how to show off without being flagrant.
In English-speaking countries they all wear slacks, a t-shirt, and walk around slouched. So Spain was a very nice change.
I might get flamed for this, but you know how Texas likes to think of themselves as another country? Well, having relatives and lots of friends down there, I have to say Texas girls really are special...most of them smart, and VERY few I've seen that are ugly.
