Simple question
kay this is the question that is very debated with no clear answer what is the limit in age difference between a guy or girl for it to be morally right/wrong like we know the extreme were 40year old + 20 year old is well usually not that well but the cloudy area is what I wanna know say
you're 18 is +/- 2-3 years ok? like 15/16ish?
or
19 is +/- 3 years ok? like dating a 16 year old?
some people before were like if you are
14 the oldest is 16
15 the oldest you should date is 18
16 is 19
17 max 20ish
and 18 + anyone older is fair game?
I'm 18 at the moment is dating a 15 year old wrong? we are both about to turn 19/16
Uh...dunno about your state laws, but mine says thats a no no. Under 18 is only allowed when you aren't doing anything with her. 15 is too young in my opinion....
BTW, I'm almost 21 and my GF will be turning 19 soon. Only 2 year difference, seems to work fine for me.
Well it first depends on the laws of your region. Some places, like where I live, the age of consent is 16. I'm 19 and I give my self +/- 2 years. I'll probably move it up to +/- 3 years when I am 20 or 21, usually siding on the -3 years side.
It would be best to date someone your age, or around a year different.
As you get older, age difference will be less and less apparent. The person I'm with is 4 years older than me, but we've been happy together for almost two years.
Personally I don't think it matters all that much.
In Ontario the age of consent is 14 (actually I its being moved up to 16 and I agree with it 14 is like bwaaaa)

i think if you are in the same school, like same high school, then its cool. If you are in college and dating someone in high school, its acceptable but you can do better.
To be honest, anything from 13 and up is fair game for me and I'm 21.

I am 17 years old...I wouldn't date someone younger than 14-15 (age of consent is 15 here)

(Your Age) Divide by 2 + 7 = age of girl youngest to date
for girls
(your age) Times by 2 - 7 = oldest guy u can date

another one i think of is if i was a senior in high school, she would have the be the equivilent of a freshman in high school.

If you don't think 13 year olds are sexually active you are quite wrong my friend. And isn't it better that they do it with someone that is experienced, caring and knows what it's all about instead of some drug dealing 16 year old with numerous STDs who won't use protection or even think about how the girl feels?
I never said they weren't sexually active physically, they could probably have sex a lot younger, and in an extreme case I read this girl actually had a child when she was like 5-7 (sorry I forgot the exact number but its around there)
But just cuz a person can do something, doesn't mean they should. Being sexually active does not mean they should start having sex. As for you comment about they should do it with an older person that just sounds pedo...
Also just as there are 16 year olds out there with numerous STDs, there are even more older drug dealers with even more STDs.

well, I have no problem with ages since many marriages still are a bit arranged. my aunt is 21years younger than her husband. I'm "only" 8years younger than mine.

i think that even somebody around 20 can date a 12 year old girl.... as long as there aren't abuses etc.... it depends on them...
