Why are they so timid and shy? I want to stick it in their pooper ;_;, any tips on how to start a conversation with them. They seem almost afraid of conversation.

Rub your hard penis against their ass. That is a sure way to start a conversation.

If the only thing you're thinking about is to "stick it in their pooper", as you so eloquently put it, it's no wonder they seem afraid of conversation and timid when you try to talk to them...

The term fobbish doesn't exactly make sense either if you expand it out.

fob = fresh of boat

It's a term used usually for asians, especially those with a strong accent or even a name given for the way you dress. It's as widely used as the word 'emo' around here.

Er, it's called slang mate. It doesn't make sense to you because you just went and googled it. You've obviously never used it before.

Anyway OP. I believe there are two types of fobbish girls; goody-two shoed, never-been kissed, nerdy ones and boy-crazy, vain, ditzy ones. Considering your intentions, I guess you're better targeting the latter category. However, get ready to be dropped at a whim. Seriously, they are pretty fickle creatures.

The nerdy ones will never let up until they finish their degree, although it's possible to have a great friendship with them. Just be ready for the mundane, repetitive talk/whine about study. If you really want to pursue it, I guess you could pretend that you're interested in their studies.

fobs tend to stick with fobs.

Especially if she's an international student, you won't have much of a chance.
