do chinese people usually confess their love? Like for to chinese girls, do you usually say i like you or is it like north american way where you jsut hang out with her a while and you slowly become her "gf" or something? help

People are individuals, maybe you might just hangout with a North American girl just as maybe one Chinese man might confess to another. Individual people have different ways of expressing their feelings to each other. So, why not be yourself and not do whatever it is that you THINK Chinese people do.
Also, what is with the title "Chinese Love"? Like Chinese people have a different feeling of love than everyone else. I wonder what Swiss love is then...

it depends, you can tell whether a chinese girl follows the western way or the traditional way by how she carries herself usually. if their parents are 1st generation fobs then their children will more likely be more reserved and hold more traditional/conservative views about relationships. there is a lot of stuff about confessing, should i shouldnt i, writing notes and all that.
