I feel betrayed...seriously (29)

I had a childhood friend growing up, and I saw her again after 10-11 years. Though she visits every Christmas for her grandmother, I seriously fell in love w/ her and I thought a relationship could work out. Last May 2007 I flew to visit her and I spent about a week at her parent's place w/ my family. At the end of the trip I said I liked her... She said she could feel the same if I got into better shape(I was blinded at the time). Anyways July comes around and she asks me to become her BF. Our relationship progressed over the next few months, when she came to visit again I took her out to nice restaurants and spoiled her Sasuke fangirl ass like crazy, buying her a lot of stuff and spending time w/ her. When January came She breaks up w/ me saying she's not sure if she feels the same way and stuff. The real reason was that her friends wanted to see my reaction and she wanted for me to beg for her to take me back. She always looks for drama and I said no, she ends up chatting w/ me over the next week thinking ive gone depressed. pissed of w/ her drama seekingI broke of contact with her ever since. Though last April she gets a new bf from Ohio (she lives in Indonesia) after meeting him in deviantart, though it only lasted a week. I'm bitching because she said that Im the only guy to ever treat her properly and pay attention to her and shit. Im just pissed of because her only reason for dumping me was because she was bored, not bothered. It couldnt have been her parents because they liked me for her. Anyways it's June now, I got into better shape, more fit and muscular and having fun w/ my new self. though she might pay an early visit, I'm not sure if I could forgive her or even think of getting her back, but I want to make her hurt for leading me on...

You're better off without her and there is no point in hating her, those who deserve your hate also deserve your respect, she's just not worth it.

She broke up with you to see your reaction??
Once she grows up she will hurt sufficiently enough.
The best thing you can do is just be the usual you, and don't try to hurt her, that will just give her a reason to think you're an asshole and will make what she did seem less bad to her.

Have patience. But don't take her back

Move on, OP, move on and never ever look back.

She sounds really young and immature (and you sound pretty young, too), and when she grows up she'll probably realize what she did to you and be sorry for it. But anyone who would toy with your emotions like that doesn't respect you as a person, and you shouldn't give her the time of day.

If you're more fit and you're such a good guy, there are waaaayyy better girls out there for you.

This one isn't even worth keeping as a friend.

Dear Betrayed - This girl doesn't seem mature enough to be in a romantic type of relationship. I know you probably thought that by getting together with a childhood friend, you'd at least be a bit ahead of the game - at least in terms of knowing her a little better than most and being well liked by her parents. But that's part and parcel of falling in love - it can be awesome one day and going horribly wrong the next.

I say great job for getting into shape - at least you're better off and who knows, someday you might find someone who will make you forget that such a silly girl ever existed.

Oh yeah, get your money and black t-shirt back. :)

>>5 - You don't say?

What's funny is that OP probably would still take her back. I'm in a similar position though not quite as dramatic, I can't let go of the bitch though. Be strong OP.

U know wat...I hate this girl! Seriously....why? Coz this type of girl seems disloyal to you and believe me if ever u get married to her, prepared to get ur flames high everyday! She cares nothing than herself seriously!

My advice:

-Go on with ur life! Work hard to improve urself and this will not just make u popular among girls but it is also an insult to her selfishness! ^-^

Btw, the guy that told u about this had an extremely painful experience, having failed 20 times in love live he startes to think to improves himself by working hard and know are happy with it considering that money is some good force to get along-in a positive for sure XD

OP, I would have never looked back once she told me, "Maybe...if you get in shape."

It's good things are better, but don't even think about her. Just wanting revenge shows that she's still on your mind... move on and forget about her. She's not worth it.

Op

Get a gf before she comes to visit. When she comes make sure you spend as much time with your gf as possible. Make her jealous, and see what she lost.

20 Name: Secret Admirer : 2008-06-16 06:38 ID:tzbFWj6L

>>19 that is stupid. Just move on and forget about her. Who cares about making her jealous? If you try and play more games, you're just making more drama.

Hey, OP here. Update...

So far nothing happened over the past 2 weeks. However there's a very good chance she's coming here for Christmas. It's customary for our families to dine out together when they visit(She's never told her family that we were together officially).... It's still 6 months away, but I'd like to get a head start to prepare for her arrival. My sister says just be civil and polite, but not friendly. My friend said to just ignore her during the future dinner( Thank god for Monster hunter freedom 2). My other friend said that since she's a Sasuke fan girl, be an asshole,in a sense be indifferent and cold to give her a taste of real bitterness.(why do girls like Sasuke?). Since I collect weapons I'm slightly tempted to whip out my katanas... Im 95% over her, and Im not looking for a gf right now. Still working out regularly. Anyways I need opinions and Ideas on how to confront her. Any suggestions???

Good lord. Unless you know how to use them very well this will make you look like an utter idiot. Leave them on the wall.

Yea op, she is not worth your time at all. I know she's a total bitch and everything, but i think you should be polite, civil, and still friendly. let her know what she's missing out on. And if she does end up taking a liking towards you, explain to her that you'd never want to get into a relationship with her after what she did to you

and yea, leave them katana's on the wall. unless you can do some awesome tricks

I think you should hook up with her bf.
That will teach her.

Or, during the dinner with the whole families, ask her how she is doing since your breakup in front of everyone. If she hid that from her family, she's sure to get the drama she deserves. Obviously, you don't care, so it could be fun.

"I said I liked her... She said she could feel the same if I got into better shape"

seriously, that should have been your first clue. stay away from people who will only acknowledge you if you're willing to change for them. i mean, damn- that was a pretty arrogant and assholish thing to say to someone.
