okay, so i'm the guy from the "friends with a ex" board on the person issues.
as i said earlier, i met a new girl and i asked her out at a local music festival (During Death Cab for Cutie ;]) and that went GREAT. couldnt have gone better. so then we go back to school (school started the next day) and we talk through text and phone for a few days, but we werent able to hang out at all due to very full busy schedules. not too bad i figured, she's more independant so she doesnt need me 24/7. nice change... or so i thought.
We finally got to go out again 5 days after i asked her out. we go to my friends party and cuddle on her trampoline practically the whole time and just talk to eachother. we then go back to my house, and before she left we kissed. just an inocent peck on the lips. but, that's my first kiss.
but now, she tried out for a very prestigous choir today and got it. but that means that she'll be gone on trips a bit. we origially set up to go out on saturday, but now she cant. so it'll basically be, we'll go out for 2 weeks and only go out once. I've been missing her a lot, wantinghe be able to be with her physically and all that but i'm scared to admit how much i really do miss her. she's more independant that I am, and i dont want to scare her off.... Am i jus tbeing a little bitch and need to suck it up? o do i have a legit reason to miss her a lot?

I don't see how these are uncompatible. I'd anwser yes to both: you have reasons to miss her but you should suck it up. Say to her you miss her though; just don't say it too much.
