So basically I'm trying to get into a relationship with a woman that is much older than me and by this I mean old enough to be my mother old and not just a few years older than me that may feel like a big age difference when you still are on high school or something equivalent.

Now the main problem here is that I can't really see her as often as I'd like to (currently I can only occasionally see her while I'm at work) and thus my relationship with her is still only at the stage where we only talk to each other when we see each other and when we do I really can't seem to find a way or words to push our relationship to the next level I.e. actually asking her out or getting around saying something that would imply that I love her, want to spend more time with her and eventually get into her pants although I think it might be a bit too soon for the last one especially since I'm looking for an actual relationship here and not just for a one-night stand. Now given that she actually has come out of her way just to talk with me couple of times I think she might like or care about me at least to some degree and I might have a small change with her.

Now the things I need ideas and/or advice on are the following:
1) I kind of need to think of a brief and subtle way of letting her know what I mentioned in middle of the last paragraph as when I'm able to see her I don't usually have that much time to talk with her as I'd want to as usually one of us has to go somewhere after while due to our jobs. Also if I where to say what I want to say to her in a too direct way I fear I'd probably scare her off or make her think of me as a creepy pervert who is stalking her.

2) Somewhat related to what I just typed I fear she might not take me seriously due to our age difference and only think I'm joking which I'm not.

3) Finally there is the "I'm too old for you, you are too young for me" thing she is eventually going to throw at me e at some point if I'm to try some kind of advancement. I really could use some ideas on how to get around this as I have gotten this more than once before and with women I had a much smaller age gap with.

Anyway before this post becomes even longer wall of text I'm simply looking for ideas on how I should advance from here. I really like this woman and I want to do this shit right or at least see how far I can get with her. Any ideas or suggestion are welcome.
