^chipdisk covering a bunch of anime tunes, if you're into that. I really like the GitS one.

I know a lot of chip artists and their music is wonderful. Google for Maktone, Aleksi Eeben, RushJet1, Chibi-tech, radix, and get the gigantic .sid pack called "HVSC." That's what I recommend :)

micromusic.net has a lot of good stuff. sure, it has a lot of STUFF period, but there are some real gems buried in the user-submitted morass.
