Just curious...wondering what song would fit the mood
My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion?
In after copious troll posts
Cannibal Rights - Berzerker
Don't Fall Asleep - Swallow The Sun
Taiji no Yume - Azalea
Get Well Soon - Godley & Creme
Dio - Die Young
It'll either make you want to die immediately, or the cheesiness of it will make you laugh, thereby easing your suicidal moodiness.
Blümchen - Heut' ist mein Tag
nine inch nails - the downward spiral
Do you know this singer Doji Morita?
Shi is the best singer who lets us down.
Alice by Tom Waits
Anything off the Irony is Dead LP by The Dillinger Escape Plan with mike Patton on vocals
Plain White T's - Hey There Delilah
The song from MASH works too.
INTERIOR CROCODILE ALLIGATOR...
YES YES YES
I fap to that song, too.
Seriously though, just about any hate song from Evanescence.
Witchfinder General - Requiem For Youth
gloomy Sunday by billy holiday. (maybe a ver. withoutthe 3rd verse though.)
any song by Passenger of Shit
Suicide Commando, it would be ironic.
>>148 Oh the irony to walk in on a suicide scene and hear that song left on repeat.
<:D After watching Clockwork Orange I always imagine death scenes with happy music playing on the background. So, some random happy tune would be my choice.
( ゚ ヮ゚) Yakety Sax!
I can't believe in 196 posts no one's mentioned Joy Division, although >>68 suggested the album Ian Curtis killed himself to, so that sort of counts.
Might be too electro to actually kill yourself while listening to, but "Nothing Inside" by Ceremony (the one from Fredericksburg, not the hardcore band) made me think of this thread. Amazing song, appropriate lyrics.
smile in your sleep - silverstein, :)
Mentos commercial theme.
i would suggest killing yourself to the Poke-Rap!
Cliche I know, but either Suicide is Painless, a good M*A*S*H* favorite, or Miserere by The Cat Empire.
>Miserere by The Cat Empire.
Heavily seconded, I might even already have proposed it.

suicide driving / the pillows
Adagio for Strings
Gloomy Sunday. I really like Sarah Brightman's version as it is modern but still respectful to the song. If you are looking into this song, I recommend getting at least 10 different versions to choose from (get a few male vocalists into the mix, I liked Paul Whiteman's version the best iirc).

Jazzroom Conniption - Michigan D. Ghost (Homegrown VIPTRONIC album)
LILY CHOU-CHOU - ARABESQUE
I encourage anyone considering suicide to read the books of Dr. Michael Newton. He is a regressive hypnotherapist whose thousands of patients recall, in states of deep hypnosis, past lives and time spent between incarnations. They report, unanimously, that suicide is pointless, as it offers no escape from one's karma.
