WebWaste.net • "WebWaste is an Internet rubbish dump; a collective yet anonymous dustbin, open to all Internet users. By going onto WebWaste you can browse through the rubbish and inspect what Internet users before you have thrown away. This might include images, texts, sounds and movie clips. WebWaste collects trash from your own computer's Recycle Bin and uploads it to the waste dump through the downloadable Dustman-application. This process too is anonymous so no one can know who threw what away."

I can't decide if this is incredibly stupid or incredibly awesome.
The "rats" are a nice touch, though.
Sounds kinda like Wikipedia.
>>3 is DQN
Sounds more like what Wikipedia tries hard to throw away, but never succeeds at eradicating. I've long thought that Wikipedia needs a successful clone for stupid net.memes and crap. There are a few out there but none have really taken off outside of small subcultures.

There actually is an encyclopedia website dedicated to taking articles that Wikipedia rejects. I forget what it is, though.

If this isn't what you're looking for, I'm quite sure it will still please you. Recommended in general too, people put the strangest stuff in wikipedia.
