It was a dumb idea from the start, it dilutes the userbase with immigrants from raided communities.
And yeah, trying to promote a raid on 4chan's /b/ will earn you a ban. As a consequence, even simply linking to someone's myspace on /b/ will earn you a month's ban. ZOMG NONE!!!1, my ass.
But yeah, 420chan doesn't raid, they just run DDoS attacks on perverted justice. (While chirping the 'nothing is sacred' line and sage-ing to hell anything about raiding nambla forums or baiting stupid old men chatting up 12 year old girls)
